We'd be thrilled if you could join us for our baby shower on Nov 5th to celebrate our baby girl, arriving in December!

The baby shower will be held at Colleen parent’s house in South Surrey. If this website has been shared with you, then you’re invited! You’ll find location and time details below, as well as the RSVP form!

Gift Options

Your attendance at our baby shower is more than enough of a gift for us, however if you’d like to contribute a gift towards our new bundle of joy, there’s a few options for you below.

Please note we are NOT registered anywhere online, as we believe there are very few baby items that need to be bought new. We intend our little girl’s material needs to be as second-hand, handmade or hand-me-down as possible!

Handmade & Homemade

Some wonderful individuals have expressed the desire to make something original for our little girl – which we would absolutely love and appreciate! We’d be honoured for baby girl to use lovingly handmade clothes, toys, blankets and more!

FAQ

Can I bring a guest?

YES! You are welcome to bring a significant other or even your children! All we ask is that your guest knows us – we’d prefer that all attendees be friends or acquaintances of ours. Please let us know in the RSVP form who you will be bringing.

What food will be served?

There will be a variety of snacks and desserts, following our “little pumpkin” fall theme. Coffee, tea, non-alcoholic and “adult beverages” will also be available. This isn’t a “come for a meal” type party, but I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly full by the time you leave!

Please note there will be some vegan and gluten-free options available, but we can’t guarantee there won’t be any cross-contamination, so please take care of yourself and bring your own snacks if you’re very sensitive or allergic to anything.

Masks & Venue

Masks are not required, but you’re welcome to wear one if it makes you more comfortable. Everyone is welcome, but obviously if anyone is feeling unwell, please sit this one out and we’ll see you another time.

This event will be mostly indoors, but guests can also be outdoors on a covered patio if weather and temperature permit.

What will happen at the shower?

There will be eating and drinking, some baby-themed games, gift opening and hopefully plenty of time to catch up with friends & family alike!

Reminder this isn’t a female-only shower, so men are included in all activities and games!

Parking

This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, so there’s lots of free parking up and down the streets.

Gift Wrap

As we’re aiming for this event to be as waste free as possible, please feel free to bring any gifts unwrapped, wrapped in recycled paper/bags OR in newspaper if possible!
